3D Hollow Polyester Staple Fiber is manufactured from 100% post-consumer engineered PET bottles. The PET bottle flakes are melted and extruded through specialized spinnerets into hollow three-dimensional helical strands. This hollow center traps air for lightweight thermal insulation and high spring-back resilience.
